| Bio: | I'm currently an intern at a Children's hospital in Norfolk. After attending medical school in New York City, I decided that I had had enough of big city life and wanted to come back to Virginia, which for some reason feels more like home than anywhere else. During college at William and Mary I studied organic chemistry, with minors in music and philosophy because I also love the piano and silly words like epistomology.
I'm also into women's health issues. Ob/gyn was a great rotation except for the fact that the residents were miserable and not very concerned about helping women. Therefore as a pediatrician, I'd like to help adolescents deal with sex, pregnancy and bad parenting.
The only thing that got me through school was my friends, (I thank you all dearly) and my piano, my long time friend, and newly rediscovered. I speak French, and want at some point to return to Grenoble where I lived for two summers. Scotts-Irish (with a little English) by decent, I wear my Stewart plaid with pride. I would LOVE to live in England for a bit.
I'm loyal and tend to be outgoing, but also headstrong. Mahndle and Jasper are my two pet house rabbits, best friends since the end of college. My sin is pride, and my favorite animal is the dragon. The unexpected impresses me. I still believe in magic (which is why I love kids), and if I could have a superpower, it would be flight.
